‘Encouragement in Eastleigh’

15 December 2025,

Our ‘Future of Creationism’ conference has taken place in Eastleigh, in conjunction with Zion Projects. As well as introducing our Cambridge House and student research projects, Matthew Pickhaver spoke on created kinds, Paul Garner on the Coconino sandstone and Stephen Lloyd on creation in all of Scripture, before a final Q&A. About 30 people from various churches attended and engaged throughout with thoughtful questions and further discussion around the resource tables, which was encouraging. Recordings were made so watch this space!

‘Christ and Creation’

15 December 2025,

Emmanuel Church in Leamington Spa hosted Stephen Lloyd for their Life and Doctrine Conference on 15 November, this year titled ‘Christ and Creation’. Stephen’s first two talks that day - ‘Creation and the Cross’ and ‘Identity in Adam and Christ’ - are available to watch on the church’s website, via this link here.

In the third, more informal session Stephen focused on 2 Corinthians 10:1-6, especially vs. 3-5. He said that the battle of ideas and worldviews involves all of us one way or another, but that we need some people on the academic front-line. It is the biblical storyline, based on the reality of what God has done in history in creation and redemption, that undermines the false narratives which shape our culture. This is ultimately the wider spiritual vision that lies behind our Cambridge House project.
